The Traveler Station The image below represents just one side of the Interstate Highway. The mirror image of what is illustrated here in constructed on the opposite side of the highway to facilitate uninterrupted bi-direction operation at all times. The main-line (closest to the road) handles to regular traffic the side-track is seen parallel to the main-line and is connected to a pair of minor-loops with act as store and forward buffers for the Traveler Station and the car transport ramp next to the Traveler Station.
The Traveler Stations like the one you see above 'generic' Traveler Station will in all cases be adaptable to local design standards to best fit the community and cultural identity of any region or area.
