The Joint Venture plan entails building a small scale installation ( 5 mile loop) of the Hydrogen Super
Highway to showcase the suite
of products and services of the system
to visiting international dignitaries.
Further, the plan includes
the construction of a world class technical training facility along with mixed use housing,
community education and nature
center, worship facility, and commercial
business district.
